My name is Lilia Gabriela Ugarte, I am from Las Vegas, Nevada.
I had kidney stones, I couldn’t find someone to help me, I went to the doctors, and they only gave me pills, I also went to the hospital, and they didn’t want to do anything to me, they gave me morphine for the pain, and they told me it was all they could do for me. Then I looked for a specialist and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience.
I always heard about CSF Surgery, but I never called, I had already suffered from intense and constant pain for two years, until the pain became so intense that I decided to call CSF Surgery with great fear, thinking that they were going to ask me for many requirements, but I said “well I’m going to try”… from the first day I called they treated me very well.
I traveled to California and the experience I had with the specialist, Dr. Horovitz, was very good, he is very nice, attentive, and very professional, he speaks a little Spanish, but they still put an interpreter to help me understand very well. My surgery was at Mercy Hospital, and everyone was very nice, they treated me very well.
I never thought that I would receive this help and with this attention, I thought that I would have to stay with that problem suffering from pain, I had many ideas such as “I’m going to lose my kidney” because I couldn’t find someone to help me. Unfortunately, there is not much help for people like me, who do not have health insurance, not enough to pay for insurance, it is a lot of money. But bless God, I always listened to CSF Surgery on the radio and if it’s true, I think they are angels.
At CSF Surgery, they are interested in the lives of others. Perhaps there are many people who are like me, who have diseases and lose their parts and/or even die. Not many people care about us, most are not interested in the lives of others, they are simply interested in their reputation and money, there are doctors who do not have a heart if you do not have health insurance.
What I found in CSF Surgery is inexplicable. My surgery in Las Vegas consisted of more than $20,000.00 and I did not have it, it is a lot of money!
I want to thank Dr. Horovitz for the excellent treatment; many of us need him. Thanks to him I feel good and with the desire to continue living, I am happy and without pain, I am going to take better care of myself so that I can be with my children and my family, thanks to the doctor and thanks to CSF Surgery.
